Liubov Duyko brings decades of legal practice spanning Russia, the UK and beyond. She is the Managing Partner of a prominent Russian law firm and leads its international practice. Liubov is an expert in cross-border litigation, private client matters, and international private law. Over her career, she has overseen high-profile cases involving everything from commercial contract disputes and fraud recovery to family wealth, inheritance, and tax issues. Fluent in Russian and English, Liubov is adept at guiding clients through the complexities of multi-jurisdictional legal systems. Dovydas Vitkauskas

International Law & Human Rights Expert

Dovydas Vitkauskas brings nearly three decades of experience in governance, law, and institutional reform across Europe. A former Senior Lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights, he has worked at the core of judicial decision-making and rule-of-law development. Over his career, Dovydas has led and advised large-scale EU-funded programmes focused on public sector modernization, corporate governance, and regulatory reform. He has supported governments and international institutions in aligning national legislation with EU standards, designing reform strategies, and strengthening institutional capacity. He is known for combining policy expertise with practical leadership, having managed multidisciplinary expert teams and advised on justice sector reform and governance frameworks. In parallel, Dovydas has served as an expert for the Council of Europe and the Venice Commission, and is the author of the Council of Europe’s Official Manual on the Right to a Fair Trial. At LawRoom 369, he contributes expertise in European legal systems, governance strategy, and cross-border institutional development.

James Sloop is an American-Korean entrepreneur and investor based in Bangkok, Thailand,
recognized for his leadership across real estate, wellness, cannabis, commodities, and
blockchain technology. With operations extending through the United States, Thailand,
Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong, he has built a global reputation for innovation, strategic
development, and impact-driven entrepreneurship.


A pioneer in the U.S. cannabis reform movement, James played a key role in lobbying for
legalization in Washington State, where he went on to open the state’s first licensed medical
cannabis dispensary—helping make Washington one of the first states to legalize cannabis
alongside Colorado. He later founded and operated several landmark cannabis ventures,
including The Cure, Seattle Greenlight Care Center, The Greenlight District, Stonehenge
Gardens, High Maintenance Cannabis, CigaWeed, Puffin Farms, and Purple Cross.


Today, through Green Leaf Dynasty, James’s focus has evolved toward wellness, cancer
research, and patient care. He is developing a network of wellness centers across Thailand
dedicated to providing free assistance and holistic care for late-stage cancer patients,
integrating natural medicine, scientific research, and compassionate treatment models. His
work in Thailand has led him to serve as an advisor to the Ministry of Health, where he
collaborates with the Bhumjaithai Party to promote progressive cannabis regulation,
healthcare innovation, and national wellness initiatives.


Beyond wellness and cannabis, James has founded and managed successful ventures in
finance, construction, and real estate, including American Capital Loan Services, Puget
Sound Home Improvements, and Carson & Chain Property, specializing in commercial land,
hotels, and industrial developments. He also served as a partner with KR Brokers,
facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and began his career as a financial advisor with
Horace Mann, providing investment and retirement guidance to educators and
professionals.


James also serves on the boards of multiple crypto projects as a development advisor and
consultant, contributing to tokenomics, governance, and sustainable ecosystem design. He
remains active in global commodities and crypto trading, executing large-scale transactions
in gold, aluminum, and fuel, as well as Bitcoin arbitrage and OTC deal structuring.
